We visited London for a weekend before Christmas. Kate's planning and advice were first class. She organised transfers from the airport and recommended a wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Mayfair.

She then provided suggested itineraries / walking routes for seeing the fantastic Christmas lights, avoiding the crowds. The final touch was the Sunday lunch recommendation for the best roast beef I have ever eaten. Super professional and a great communicator, I would recommend her to everyone, especially if you're looking for a 5* experience.
